Octamation is a software company in Utrecht. We do data, ML and AI engineering for other companies, and we are building products of our own.

The client work sits at the intersection of data, software and infrastructure. Mostly that means getting models and pipelines into production and keeping them there after the demo is over.

Our first product is live. Wirewiki is a set of tools for inspecting internet infrastructure: DNS records and propagation, delegation traces, SPF and MX lookups, reverse DNS on an address. All available publicly, for free.

The B.V. was registered in 2025, carrying on from Monomatic, the sole proprietorship that did the same work from January 2022. The engineering behind both goes back to 2015.

The two names run in sequence: mono is one bit, octa is eight, which makes a byte.
